Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to Our Terms of Service (the "Terms"),including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describes how SUPERABUNDANT LLC, doing business asRepletify™ (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when You use the Service, and describes Your choices regarding that information. This Policy also covers Our communications with You by email, text message, and phone. This Policy does not govern information You provide in connection with a financial service. That information is governed by one or more separate agreements You enter into with Us and by applicable law, including the data-security requirements of theGramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule.
By using the Service, You agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in this section, unless otherwise defined in this Policy. Defined terms have the same meaning in the singular and the plural.
- Account
- means a unique account created for You to access the Service or parts of it.
- Advertising Platform
- means a third-party advertising or analytics service We use to deliver and measure Our advertising.
- Affiliate
- means any other business owned and operated by the Company.
- Company
- ("We," "Us," "Our") refers to SUPERABUNDANT LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Repletify™, 5830 Granite Pkwy #100-583, Plano, TX 75024.
- Cookies
- are small files placed on Your device when You visit a website, whether by the site You are visiting (first-party Cookies) or by another service loaded on that site (third-party Cookies). Except where the context requires otherwise, references to Cookies in this Policy include pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies. A Cookie is stored in the browser that received it and does not by itself carry Your information to another browser or device. You may control Cookies through Your browser settings, including whether they may be set and how long they remain on Your device, and You may delete them at any time.
- Data Processor
- means any person or entity that collects, stores, uses, discloses, or otherwise handles Personal Data on Our behalf and at Our direction (for example, a hosting, email, or communications vendor).
- Device
- means any device that can access the Service.
- Personal Data
- means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
- Service
- means, collectively, Our website at https://www.repletify.com, Our web application and portal at https://app.repletify.com, Our desktop and mobile applications, and any other digital property through which You interface with Us.
- Usage Data
- means data collected automatically as You use the Service or generated by the Service infrastructure, such as Your IP address, browser and device identifiers, advertising identifiers, the pages You visit, and the duration of Your visits. Usage Data constitutes Personal Data where it relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- You
- means the individual accessing or using the Service, whether on that individual's own behalf or on behalf of an entity.
Who This Service Is For
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older located in the United States. We do not direct the Service to children and do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18, including from any child under 13 within the meaning of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If You believe a child has provided Us Personal Data through the Service, please submit a request athttps://www.repletify.com/legal/privacy-requests. We will investigate and delete that information, subject to the limitations described under Your Privacy Rights.
United States only. The Service, and all products and services offered through the Service, are intended solely for users located in the United States. We do not offer or direct the Service to any individual or entity located outside the United States, and We use technical measures designed to restrict access from outside the United States. Depending on the part of the Service accessed, visitors identified as located outside the United States are blocked or shown a notice that Our services are available in the United States only.
The Service is not offered to individuals located outside the United States, and We do not intend the Service to be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union or of the United Kingdom, or to any other data-protection or privacy law outside the United States. If You are located outside the United States, please do not access or use the Service.
Information We Collect
Information You provide. As You use the Service, We may collect Personal Data You submit through Our forms, such as Your email address, first and last name, phone number, mailing address, and business-entity information. You may decline to complete a form or to provide Personal Data, though declining may limit Your access to the Service and Our ability to provide it in full. Information You provide in connection with a financial service is governed by one or more separate agreements You enter into with Us and by applicable law.
Usage Data. As You use the Service, We automatically collect Usage Data. We collect Usage Data to understand how the Service is used and improve it, to secure the Service against malicious traffic and abuse, and to measure and improve Our advertising campaigns.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use a combination of first-party and third-party Cookies to deliver the Service. These include essential Cookies to authenticate You and prevent fraud, functionality Cookies to remember Your preferences, security and analytics technologies to secure the Service and understand aggregate usage, and advertising technologies to measure and improve Our advertising campaigns. Communications
We communicate with You through three primary channels: email, text message, and phone. Some of these communications are marketing in nature, and You always have the right to opt out of future marketing communications. Transactional communications include responses to Your requests and legal, security, Account, and other service-related messages. Except as described under Text Messages, You cannot opt out of transactional communications, which are necessary to operate the Service and meet Our legal obligations.
We send marketing email in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable law. If You receive a marketing email from Us, You may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in that email or by visiting https://www.repletify.com/legal/unsubscribe. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional or service-related email.
Text Messages
You may opt in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Us. Our messaging program complies with theTelephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the A2P 10DLC requirements of The Campaign Registry and the mobile carriers. We do not send You text messages without Your express opt-in. If You opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and Our message frequency varies. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service or any product or service We offer.
You may opt out of all text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell Your mobile number or Your text-messaging opt-in and consent data, and We do not share that information with any third party for that party's own marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose it only to Our messaging provider, acting as a Data Processor on Our behalf, to deliver the messages You requested.
The mobile number You provide for text messaging is used for the messaging program described above. Separately, and whether or not You opt in to text messages, where You provide contact information including a phone number, We may use it to build Our own advertising audiences as described under How We Share Your Personal Data. You may opt out of targeted advertising at any time.
Phone
If You provide Us a phone number, We may call You to respond to Your inquiries, return Your calls, and communicate about Your requests and transactions. Our calling practices are governed by the TCPAand other applicable law. You cannot opt out of transactional calls relating to Your requests or an active transaction. If You do not want to receive marketing calls from Us, You may add Your number to Our internal Do Not Call list at https://www.repletify.com/legal/do-not-call, and We will honor that request.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We may use Your Personal Data to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Service and manage Your Account;
- respond to Your inquiries and requests, and contact You about Your requests, transactions, and security notices;
- send You marketing communications about Our services and about the offerings of Our Affiliates and third-party partners, subject to the opt-out rights described under Communications;
- analyze usage and improve the Service;
- advertise Our services on third-party platforms and measure and improve those campaigns;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and resolve disputes; and
- comply with applicable law.
Marketing communications about Affiliate or partner offerings are sent by Us and do not involve disclosing Your Personal Data to those Affiliates or partners. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as described underHow We Share Your Personal Data. If You choose to act on a partner offering, any information You provide to that partner is governed by that partner's own privacy policy.
How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not sell or share sensitive personal data. We disclose Personal Data to Our Data Processors, as described under Data Processors We Use, and otherwise only in the following circumstances:
- With Your consent — where You have given Us Your express authorization, and only as that authorization permits. You may revoke that authorization as provided in the agreement or authorization under which You gave it.
- To comply with law — the Service is provided in the United States and We are subject to federal, state, and local law. We disclose Personal Data where required to comply with applicable law or to respond to valid and lawful requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
- To Our advisors — We disclose Personal Data to Our legal, accounting, and professional advisors to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- With Advertising Platforms — through advertising technologies We deploy on the Service, We may share information about the pages You visit and the actions You take, such as conversions, with Our Advertising Platforms. Advertising Platforms are not Data Processors and do not act solely on Our instructions; their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We may also use limited Personal Data, such as Your email address or phone number, to include You in one or more of Our advertising audiences. You may opt out as described under Your Privacy Rights.
- For business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition, in which case We will post notice on the Service before Your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Your Privacy Rights
Certain state privacy laws may not apply to Us.
Choices We offer everyone. Regardless of where You reside, You may at any time:
- Opt out of marketing communications, as described under Communications.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, as described in this section.
Rights under state law. Depending on where You reside, and subject to applicable law and to Our legal-retention obligations, You may also have the right to:
- Access the Personal Data We hold about You.
- Obtain a portable copy of Your Personal Data in a readable, transferable format.
- Correct Personal Data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete Your Personal Data, subject to the limitations described under Deletion and Retention of Your Personal Data.

We may need to verify Your identity before acting on a request, and We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of the rights or choices described in this section.
We do not sell Your Personal Data for monetary or other valuable consideration. Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" more broadly to include the advertising practices described underHow We Share Your Personal Data, even where no compensation is exchanged. You may opt out of those practices as described below.
You may opt out of targeted advertising at any time by submitting a request athttps://www.repletify.com/legal/privacy-requests, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a browser or browser extension that supports the GPC specification. We honor GPC signals. When We receive a GPC signal, We suppress advertising technologies in that browser. If We can associate the signal with You, We also record Your opt-out and remove You from Our advertising audiences.
Deletion. We retain a record of every deletion request, as applicable privacy law requires. We cannot delete information We are required to retain under applicable law or under a separate agreement between You and Us. Those retention obligations limit Our ability to fulfill a deletion request. Where We delete Your information, We may also add You to Our internal suppression lists so that We stop contacting You, and We retain records of Your opt-out choices so We can continue to honor them.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data collected through the Service only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- provide and maintain the Service and Your Account;
- comply with Our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, and maintain business records including accounting and tax records;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- demonstrate that We honored Your privacy requests, and continue honoring Your opt-out choices.
We maintain backups of Our systems for disaster recovery and business continuity. Personal Data may persist in those backups after it is deleted from Our active systems. We retain backups no longer than necessary for disaster recovery and business continuity and to comply with Our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Usage Data is retained for a shorter period than Personal Data You provide to Us. Records relating to a financial service We provide are retained as required by one or more separate agreements You enter into with Us and by applicable law.
Data Processors We Use
We use Data Processors to operate and secure the Service and Our communications. We require Data Processors to act only on Our instructions, to process Personal Data solely to provide their services to Us, and not to use it for their own purposes. We select Data Processors that maintain recognized third-party security certifications or audit reports. Each Data Processor's handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy.
Data location. Personal Data You submit through the Service is stored in the United States. Requests to the Service are routed through a global content delivery network and may transit servers outside the United States.

Security and Breach Notification
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, encrypted and redundant offsite backups, access controls that limit Personal Data to personnel who need it for their role, network and application-layer protections, and logging and monitoring to detect and respond to unauthorized activity. We review these safeguards periodically and update them as Our systems and the threat landscape change.
No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach affects Your Personal Data, We will notify You as and when required by applicable law, including Texas law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.053).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When We do, We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and changes are effective when posted. It is Your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.Where required by law, We will provide additional notice of material changes.
